MJ’s Daughter Paris Jackson Shuts Down Claims That She Supports Michael Jackson Biopic

Michael Jackson Biopic

Paris Jackson, the second child and only daughter of Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe, shuts down Colman Domingo’s claim that she supports a Michael Jackson biopic.

Paris is named after the city of Paris and grew up in the spotlight, but primarily out of view. Her parents raised her alongside her two brothers, Prince and Bigi, at Neverland Ranch.

They were famously shielded from the public, often wearing masks to hide their identities.

Her life changed dramatically following her father’s unexpected death in 2009. An 11-year-old Paris moved the world with a heartfelt speech at his public memorial, expressing her deep love for him.

Since then, she has stepped out of her father’s shadow to build a diverse career of her own. She first ventured into acting with roles in TV shows such as Star and American Horror Story, as well as films like Gringo.

However, her true passion lies in music. She formed the duo The Soundflowers and later launched a successful solo career. She signed with a major record label and released her debut album, Wilted, in 2020, establishing herself as a serious musical artist with an alternative rock style.

Alongside her work in music and acting, Paris has also had a successful modeling career, walking runways and gracing the cover of major magazines like Rolling Stone.

While she continues to honor her father’s legacy, such as supporting the Broadway musical MJ, Paris Jackson is widely recognized for confidently creating her own identity as an artist and model.

Paris Jackson Denies Supporting Upcoming Michael Jackson Biopic

Paris Jackson has publicly corrected actor Colman Domingo’s claim that she supports the upcoming Michael Jackson biopic, titled Michael.

Domingo, who plays family patriarch Joe Jackson in the film, recently stated that he had briefly chatted with Paris and that she was very much in support of the project.

Paris quickly responded on her Instagram Stories, directly tagging Domingo.

Don’t be telling people I was helpful on the set of a movie I had 0% involvement in lol that is so weird.

She clarified that while she did read an early script draft, she provided notes on parts she felt were dishonest. When her feedback wasn’t addressed, she chose to distance herself from the project entirely.

In follow-up videos, Paris explained that she left the project because of the script’s inaccuracies, full-blown lies, and sugarcoating.

Moreover, she mentioned that she had spoken up, but she was unheard.

Not my monkeys, not my circus. God bless and God speed.

She added that the film seems to pander to a very specific section of her dad’s fandom that still lives in the fantasy.

Paris also noted that her interactions with Domingo were brief and that they had met only twice.
