Jacquees Arrested in Florida: R&B Singer Faces DUI and Battery on Officer Charges
R&B singer Jacquees was arrested early Sunday morning, September 27, in Hollywood, Florida. Police booked him into the Broward County Main Jail on three criminal charges. The Jacquees Arrest Booking Details
Early booking information showed a $0 bond amount with an “HG” bond type on all three counts. It also listed no expected release date. Under Florida law, an “HG” tag usually means “hold for hearing.” In other words, the person stays in custody until a judge rules. He was due in bond court on Monday, September 28. Later reports suggested a release could come soon. Fans are therefore watching closely for the judge’s decision. That ruling will set the tone for everything that follows.
What Charges Does Jacquees Face?
Booking records list three counts, according to V101.9 citing CBS News. They are DUI involving alcohol or drugs as a first offense, battery on an officer, firefighter or emergency medical technician, and resisting an officer without violence.
