Long before Corona arrived, the term social distancing was already used as a theme in various films Hollywood. The action is considered as one of the effective ways to reduce the spread of Coronavirus in various parts of the world.

Cast Away (2000):
Cast Away tells the story of a hard worker who was stranded on an island located in the South Pacific. This film tells the story of Chuck who must survive alone on an island with all the resources he has.

127 Hours (2010):
The 127 Hours film is an adaptation project based on the true story of Aron Ralston played by James Franco. He is a brave mountaineer who use to conquer nature by himself.
One time he was trapped on a rock and could not go for 127 hours. Aron’s struggle to survive is quite heartbreaking because he has to cut off his hand and even drink his own urine.
Her (2013):
In this romantic drama by Spike Jonze, Joaquin Phoenix plays a character named Theodore Twombly who falls in love with the Operating System (OS). The OS voice was filled by actress Scarlett Johansson.
During the fight for his love, Theodore experienced a lot of pain. Because he felt attached to someone but could not touch or even see it. Her film is one of the best works ever starring Joaquin Phoenix.
Gravity (2013):
Being separated from family and human life became even harder for Dr. Ryan Stone. Because it has to be done in space. Even though this trip is Dr. Ryan in the middle of the galaxy.
Sandra Bullock shows the best acting quality in playing the role of Dr. Ryan Stone. It was seen from how he showed frustration and had to fight anxiety because he could not go home and was trapped alone.
The Martian (2015):
The sad story of being separated alone is also felt by Mark Watney (Matt Damon). Mark was separated from the Mars explorer crew because he was thought to have died in a storm.
He also had to fight to live alone in the arid land of Mars. Mark persistence to survive with all the equipment and equipment that is there to be interesting things from this film.
